garlic

tbsp soy sauce

black pepper

tbsp cooking oil

tbsp sugar

lb ribeye steak

white onion
Instructions
1: Marinate your cubed ribeye cuts with sugar, oyster sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, and black pepper overnight. 2: The next day, prep your onions and set aside. 3: In a large wok, add 4 tbsp of cooking oil over high heat. 4: Wait until the wok is smoking before adding your marinated meat. Make sure the meat is evenly spread across the wok and do not overcrowd. Do not touch the meat for 1-2 minutes to char. 5: Once lightly charred, toss the meat and spread evenly again to char the other side - another 1-2 minutes to cook. 6: Add in your chopped onions and toss evenly so the onions get coated with the sauce. Allow to cook for another 2 minutes. 7: Turn off the heat and serve this with a side of lettuce, cucumber, and tomato rice.View original recipe
